Blithe spirit

Completing our season is Blithe Spirit by Noel Coward. British socialite and novelist, Charles Condomine invites into his country home an eccentric medium in order to learn the language of the occult. Neither Charles nor his second wife, Ruth, could imagine that the seance staged by Madame Arcati would conjure up Charles’ first wife, Elvira. But the lady from beyond appears and torments Charles by reminding him of their days and nights together in increasingly desperate attempts to disrupt his marriage to Ruth. Hilarity ensues!
